Let\u2019s just say the feedback was the boost I needed for a long time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>We were discussing the engagement that was happening on my posts.\u00a0 He said:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong><em>\u201cIt tells you that you are doing something right. People are noticing your posts.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Remember that legendary \u201c<em>I KNEW IT\u201d<\/em> reaction by Chandler Bing in that tv show called Friends? Mine was a bit similar. \ud83d\ude1d\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-Xih5HyFOYg\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-Xih5HyFOYg<\/a><\/div>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>It\u2019s always a good thing to know that your work is being recognized.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>As for the rest of my week, here is how it went:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Another_Achievement_of_the_week_FigPii_Newsletter\"><\/span>Another Achievement of the week: FigPii Newsletter<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>As you all know, I send the FigPii newsletter every Monday at 10 am Eastern time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>We recently started building this newsletter. So I\u2019m still trying to figure out how best I can serve our subscribers. This means that there\u2019s a lot of testing going on.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>However, this week I got a good review from my colleague <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/simbar-dube\/\">Simba<\/a>, who told me that my writing skills for emails have improved.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Which also gives me a glimpse of hope. We redesigned the page on mobile devices.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The case study shows the before and after.
