Questions like:\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>How to optimize the FigPii market strategy?\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>How to build brand awareness for the platform?<\/li>\r\n<li>How to increase the website traffic?<\/li>\r\n<li>How to grow FigPii\u2019s social media accounts?<\/li>\r\n<li>How to build our personal social media presence?<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Everyone within the company had a role to play in order to achieve the same purpose.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>So, this quarter we decided to pick up where we had left in the previous one. And since I was getting good feedback about the self-journey series, I then decided to carry it to this quarter.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>But, there are a couple of changes I will have to make \u2013 on this series \u2013 based on the feedback I got from Khalid.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Some of the changes include publishing once every three weeks, instead of every week.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The idea behind this thinking is to make the posts more informative. Each blog will talk about the tasks I would have done in the previous three weeks.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>With that said, now let\u2019s shift gears and focus on what I have for you in this post. \ud83e\udd17<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This post is a mixture of key takeaways from the previous quarter, and what has happened, so far, in the past three weeks.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>I will are:\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Increase the monthly visitors to the website to 1K.<\/li>\r\n<li>Increase FigPii LinkedIn followers to 500.<\/li>\r\n<li>Increase the email list to 500.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>I know, they look like a piece of cake, but they will require a lot of smart work.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>If you are familiar with the concept of OKRs, you\u2019d know that they have initiatives or tasks with them.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>So here are my tasks for each OKR:\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>First OKR:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Bottom of the funnel blogs.<\/li>\r\n<li>Self-Journey blogs.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Second OKR:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>We are transferring successful AB tests that we have conducted for our clients to case studies to post on FigPii\u2019s LinkedIn and my LinkedIn.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>They will be posted every Wednesday.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Posting once daily on FigPii and Invesp\u2019s LinkedIn accounts.<\/li>\r\n<li>Creating three cheat sheets with various tips on how to optimize your website.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Third OKR:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>We will continue with our FigPii\u2019s newsletter as it is.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>We will send it every Monday at 9 am Eastern time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Also, we have three events this quarter, where we launched the first one on the 20th of January.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>It consisted of founders of some of the top agencies, who talked about their secrets on how to:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.figpii.com\/blog\/what-is-lead-generation\/\">Generate leads<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n<li>Price your services.<\/li>\r\n<li>Deal with demanding clients.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>And many more\u2026<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-increasing-figpii-s-website-traffic\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" Most of the visits were from new visitors \u2013 a reflection on how good our brand awareness campaign was.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In a space of three months, there was a 124% increase in traffic on the FigPii website.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>All thanks to content marketing.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>It\u2019s true, content marketing works. Especially if you focus on:\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>BoFu content.<\/li>\r\n<li>Self-Journey blogs.<\/li>\r\n<li>Producing SEO-friendly content.<\/li>\r\n<li>Updating previous content.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-ab-testing-figpii-s-newsletter\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" then, I have been trying to develop it as much as I can.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>After many trials, I figured out that one of the most effective ways to help with the progress of email marketing is to \u201cAB test.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>It helps you in knowing:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>What kind of content do your users like.<\/li>\r\n<li>What kind of headlines attracts them to open your email.<\/li>\r\n<li>Which type of links they would be willing to click on.<\/li>\r\n<li>If they like visuals or not.<\/li>\r\n<li>Whether they would continue scrolling in case of long newsletters or not.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>For the past quarter, our numbers have been decent.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Our average campaign performance is:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Open rate: 39.1%.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Click rate: 2.7%.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>We will continue with our AB testing until we reach satisfactory results.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"htoc-growing-our-linkedin-page\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" of my main OKRs and goals for this quarter is to increase our FigPii LinkedIn followers to at least 500.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>From the beginning of this quarter, I have created a social media content calendar for FigPii and Invesp with Simba.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The content calendar is complete, and we have started posting.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>How have we created one?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Well, here are a few tips to help you:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>We started by figuring out who we wanted to target.<\/li>\r\n<li>Then, we started looking at what our direct and indirect competitors are posting, their frequency of posting, and the kinds of content they are focusing on.<\/li>\r\n<li>Afterward, we started forming categories for our posts to focus on to organize our workflow.<\/li>\r\n<li>Then we started writing our posts into an excel sheet.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>And voila, we started posting.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Having an active social media account can help in:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Keeping your current followers.<\/li>\r\n<li>Attracting new ones.<\/li>\r\n<li>Building a presence on social media, hence, growing our brand awareness.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" quarter.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>So, we have been transforming some of our winning AB tests into case studies to post on LinkedIn.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The task was a huge hit that we have decided to up our game and start working on cheat sheets for this quarter.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The cheat sheets will focus on the lessons learned from previous case studies.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The cheat sheets will take the form of PDF and will be posted on FigPii\u2019s website.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>There are many purposes behind creating the cheat sheets:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul
